Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

 

  • Germany & EU: 2–10 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

 


Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 


 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days. 

Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
