Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products (e.g. collars, cuffs, and other bondage accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been opened or the hygiene seal has been removed, in accordance with § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).

 

Return Eligibility

If your item is unused and sealed, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at

bunnylock@icloud.com.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unannounced returns cannot be processed and will be rejected.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Opened or used intimate products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at bunnylock@icloud.com, including photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution (e.g. replacement or refund).

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days provided the product remains unused and in original condition.

Once the product has been opened or the hygiene seal broken, this right no longer applies due to health protection regulations.

 

Refunds

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the item.
